Don't use disposable bathroom products
Each person uses several bathroom products in their daily routine, most of these products are contained in plastic which become unrecyclable due to the contents they housed.
Only around 50 percent of bathroom waste is recycled, and whilst Britain recycle around 90 per cent of their kitchen packaging, only half of our bathroom waste is recycled.
What this means is that bathroom waste alone makes up for 30-40% of total landfill waste, where items such as nappies and toothpaste tubes can take hundreds of years to disappear.
